Bailey Martin has a background in public affairs, strategic communications, government relations, business development, media relations, crisis communications, and stakeholder engagement. 

Prior to joining BSS Global, Bailey served as Press Secretary in the Office of Governor Tate Reeves and most recently held leadership roles with the Mississippi Department of Public Safety, where she directed statewide communications, media relations, executive messaging, crisis communications, public information campaigns, and recruitment initiatives. Throughout her career, Bailey has worked closely with elected officials, executive leadership, law enforcement agencies, media organizations, and community leaders to communicate critical issues, advance organizational priorities, and build strategic partnerships. Her experience in state government and executive communications provides her with a unique understanding of public policy, government operations, law enforcement operations, and the relationships necessary to navigate complex issues and achieve meaningful results.

Bailey earned her Bachelor of Arts in Broadcast Journalism with an emphasis in Psychology and her Master of Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Homeland Security and Emergency Management from the University of Mississippi. She combines her communications expertise with her understanding of government, public policy, and emergency management to help effectively engage stakeholders, identify opportunities, and achieve strategic objectives.
